It was a good hotel, well organised with a four star rate in the past. Underground parking was available for easy reaching the floor of our room. Very good breakfast and equally good restaurant for dinner. We needed 30 to 37 minutes to arrive at Duomo. We had no need to go at that time. We know Milano from the past. Our task was a hotel near autostrada so as next day to visit Bergamo and then in the afternoon to get the plane from the BGY airport back home. But we did it. We went to Piazza Duomo the night before. Traffic was smooth. Underground parking next to Duomo was accessible. The Scala Theatre, and the shopping gallery a few minutes walking distance.

The highlight of my experience was definitely the friendly and respectful staff—they were incredibly supportive and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The outdoor park was absolutely amazing, especially in the afternoon. It’s a peaceful and beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature. The location is also a big plus if you have a car, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and relaxing environment.

Super quiet location, only 10 min drive to Bisceglie (underground station) which takes you to city center. Air con in the room was a life saver. Bed is large and extremely comfy. Drinks and toiletries provided for free. Bathroom was modern and super clean. Jean at the reception was a star and gave us recommendations for a late night place for a kebab nearby.

At the time of our stay there was a problem with AC, but we did receive a warning from the hotel prior to our stay declaring the problem, with the offer to reimburse the booking if we wanted to cancel. Breakfast was really good, wide range of good quality products. Free underground parking was available.

The bathroom is very nice and clean. We received 2 bottles of water as complimentary. The room also has minibar. Breakfast was very fresh and very good quality and enough choices.
